- Drain corn to remove liquid.
In bowl, mix corn, green pepper, red pepper, onions and celery.
- In separate bowl, combine sugar, oil, vinegar, salt and pepper to make marinade.
- Pour liquid over vegetables. Stir well. Cover, and refrigerate at least four hours, up to overnight.
Drain vegetables well to remove marinade before serving.
