Shoe Peg Corn Salad

A fresh, sweet corn salad that's easy to make and perfect for picnics or summer get-togethers. No cooking involved! A perfect side dish for your next cookout.

Directions

  1. Drain corn to remove liquid.
  2. In bowl, mix corn, green pepper, red pepper, onions and celery.
  3. In separate bowl, combine sugar, oil, vinegar, salt and pepper to make marinade.
  4. Pour liquid over vegetables. Stir well. Cover, and refrigerate at least four hours, up to overnight.
  5. Drain vegetables well to remove marinade before serving.
