Shredded Brussel Sprout and Kale Salad

This green salad is loaded with vitamins, minerals, and flavor. Sweet and spicy, it's quick to put together and creates a lovely splash of color on the autumn table.

  1. Combine shredded kale and brussel sprouts in a serving bowl. Top with strawberries, sunflower seeds, glazed nuts, and orange zest.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together orange juice, olive oil, salt, garlic, and mustard for the dressing.
  3. Just before serving, pour dressing on salad and toss to combine.
