This salad packs all the fresh flavor of California onto a single plate! Creamy Thousand Island-style dressing is a cinch to make at home, and green beans add excellent texture and flavor instead of celery in this modern version of the classic. Don't worry if it seems like there's too much dressing when mixing the seafood because the seafood dressing becomes the salad dressing--and believe me, you'll want it all!

  1. Finely chop shrimp and crab meat.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, Sriracha, relish, salt and black pepper. Add seafood and mix well. Cover and chill at least 1 hour.
  3. Assemble salads by dividing lettuce evenly among 6 bowls. Top each with an even portion of green beans, avocado, eggs, onion, cucumber, and tomatoes.
  4. Remove seafood from fridge and divide evenly among prepared salads. Top with extra dressing and serve. Extra dressing or seafood may be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
