- Finely chop shrimp and crab meat.
- In a large bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, Sriracha, relish, salt and black pepper. Add seafood and mix well. Cover and chill at least 1 hour.
- Assemble salads by dividing lettuce evenly among 6 bowls. Top each with an even portion of green beans, avocado, eggs, onion, cucumber, and tomatoes.
- Remove seafood from fridge and divide evenly among prepared salads. Top with extra dressing and serve. Extra dressing or seafood may be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
