Say goodbye to the same old nachos. Want to try a crowd favorite that is sure to be a hit on game day? These spicy shrimp and black bean nachos are filling and tasty. Plus, make an extra helping of these black beans to have with rice or as a side dish the next day.

- In a pan, sauté chopped onion, chopped garlic and chopped olives in olive oil. Add beans, hot sauce and soy sauce. Let simmer until hot and remove from heat.
- Chop the cooked shrimp into bite-size pieces and set aside.
- Preheat oven to broil. Arrange tortilla chips on a piece of tinfoil on a cookie sheet. Sprinkle a liberal amount of shredded cheese and broil till cheese is melted. Remove from oven.
- Top with black bean mixture, then shrimp and another sprinkling of cheese. Garnish with salsa and diced green onion and serve immediately.
