Directions

  1. Brown Tofu first in loive oil. Allow tofu to brown on both sides
  2. Add fresh garlic, peppers, and spinach, rosemary and basil
  3. Add the Shrimp
  4. Then add Spinach last. I also make this receipe with a fried egg on top as well
  5. Add sautee to jasmine rice
