Shrimp Burger

  1. 1. Combine ginger, cilantro, and eggs in a food processor and pulse until finely chopped. Add shrimp and pulse until shrimp form a coarse paste. Remove from food processor and form into 4 patties, refrigerate for 1 hour.
  2. 2. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium high heat until shimmering, then add burgers. Cook until brown, about 5 minutes, then carefully flip and cook until the shrimp are fully cooked, about another 4 minutes. Remove from heat and serve immediately with any desired toppings.
