- Preheat oven too 400F. Line pan with foil and spray with a nonstick spray.
- Place shrimp (with tails off) in baggie. Add taco seasoning and shake well until shrimp are coated.
- Place sliced onions, sliced peppers, and shrimp onto pan. Squeeze the juice of one lime on top of all.
- Bake for 6-8 minutes or until shrimp turn pink.
