- Melt the butter with the olive oil in a large saute pan over medium-high heat. Add the garlic and red pepper flakes. Stir for about 30 seconds. Add the wine.
- Add the shrimp. Stir to coat with the wine mixture. Use tongs to arrange the shrimp in an even layer. Cook for about 1 minute. Turn the shrimp. Cook for about 1 more minute or until the shrimp turn pink and are just cooked through. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Transfer the shrimp to a serving bowl or to individual plates. Drizzle with lemon juice. Sprinkle with parsley.
