  1. In a blender, add the apples, ice, water, carrot, spinach, banana, and orange into a pitcher and blend on high for about one minute. If the smoothie sticks to the sides of the blender, scrape the sides and continue blending until smooth.
  2. Pour into glasses and enjoy!
