There is no better summer snack than Southern fried shrimp served with tarter or cocktail sauce and fresh lemon wedges.
Ingredients
Directions
- Place House Autry breading in large baggie.
- Take eggs and water and whisk together is small bowl.
- Taking 6 shrimp at a time and place in egg mixture. Transfer to breading and shake to coat shrimp.
- Place in hot fryer and cook for 2 minutes.
- Take out and place on paper towels.
- Repeat until all shrimp are cooked.
