Sweet and Spicy Crab Cakes. Perfect for anytime of the year!
- Mix Mayonaise and Siracha in a bowl with black pepper until color is even
- Mince the scallion
- Mix crab meat, egg, scallion and corn into the Siracha mayo
- Mix in bread crumbs
- Form 8 medium sized crab cakes with either a spoon or your hands
- Cook in oven at 375 degrees for 10 minutes then flip and bake for 10 minutes more or until golden brown
- Serve and enjoy!
