Siracha Mayo Crabcakes with Sweet Corn

Sweet and Spicy Crabcakes. Perfect for Summer!

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Mix Mayonaise and Siracha in a bowl with black pepper until color is even
  2. Mince the scallion
  3. Mix crab meat, egg, scallion and corn into the Siracha mayo
  4. Mix in bread crumbs
  5. Form 8 medium sized crab cakes with either a spoon or your hands
  6. Cook in oven at 375 degrees for 10 minutes then flip and bake for 10 minutes more or until golden brown
  7. Serve and enjoy!
