- Set skillet over medium-high heat. Cook beef, onion and garlic salt for 7 minutes or until beef is broken down and no longer pink, stirring sporadically. Remove from heat and drain.
- Add tomato sauce, pasta and water; mix well. Once it reaches a boil, reduce heat, cover and cook for 12 minutes or until pasta is tender.
- Mix in ketchup then add cheese. Allow cheese to melt and enjoy.
