Enjoy a blend of ground beef and vegetables, topped with fluffy mashed potatoes, sprinkled with cheddar cheese and baked to perfection in a skillet.

Select ingredients:

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. In a large skillet over medium to high heat brown the ground beef. Add the onion and stir with a wooden spoon. Once the meat is browned thoroughly, remove from the heat and stir in the flour. Stir in the Worcestershire sauce, onion power, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Add the ground beef and onion mixture to the bottom of a 10 or 12-inch cast iron skillet. Add the peas and carrots. Spread the can of creamed corn over top of that and then the mashed potatoes. Sprinkle with shredded cheese and cook in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the filling is bubbling and the cheese is started to brown.
  4. Let rest 5 minutes before serving.
