- Cook hot dog slices in nonstick grill pan on medium-high heat for 2 mins on each side or until heated through.
- Place coleslaw on cracker and top with a hot dog slice. Cover with remaining crackers. Enjoy!
- VARIATION: Top each cracker with coleslaw and hot dog slice. Add 1/4 teaspoon spicy brown mustard before covering with second cracker to make a sandwich.
