- Add flank steak, beef broth, soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, sriracha, garlic powder and 3 of the sliced green onions to a large slow cooker.
- Cover and cook on low for 3.5 to 4 hours until beef is fully cooked and tender. Spoon a few tablespoons of the broth from the slow cooker into a bowl and whisk with the corn starch. Pour mixture back into the slow cooker and mix until combined. Add broccoli and cook, covered for 20 additional minutes.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and the remainder of the green onions. Serve over the cooked jasmine rice.
