Slow Cooker Beef and Broccoli

This easy slow cooker recipe is deliciously filling and healthy! With marinated flank steak and fresh broccoli, it is sure to satisfy your Asian cuisine cravings!

- Add flank steak, beef broth, soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, sriracha, garlic powder and 3 of the sliced green onions to a large slow cooker.
- Cover and cook on low for 3.5 to 4 hours until beef is fully cooked and tender. Spoon a few tablespoons of the broth from the slow cooker into a bowl and whisk with the corn starch. Pour mixture back into the slow cooker and mix until combined. Add broccoli and cook, covered for 20 additional minutes.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and the remainder of the green onions. Serve over the cooked jasmine rice.
