This slow cooker recipe makes weeknight dinner easy. Serve with a side or shred chicken to make tacos. Either way, your family will happy with the result.
- Combine salsa, taco seasoning, lime juice and cilantro in slow cooker and stir.
- Place chicken breasts in slow cooker and spoon salsa mixture over top of the chicken breasts.
- Cook on low for 4 hours. If you are shredding chicken for tacos, do so after 4 hours and cook an additional 30 min in slow cooker. If keeping chicken breasts whole, remove from slow cooker after 4 hours.
