- Place the crab meat, onions, sour cream, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, sugar, Worcestershire sauce, Old Bay seasoning, and lemon juice in a slow cooker. Mix well.
- Cover and cook on low for 3 hours or until the dip is hot.
- After 3 hours, toss in the bell pepper and mix well. Cook for another 30 minutes.
- Serve warm on crackers with chives and Parmesan.
