Ingredients
Directions
- Make the glaze by whisking together brown sugar, honey, butter, whole grain mustard, Dijon mustard, vinegar and black pepper.
- Coat the inside of a slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray. Place ham in the slow cooker and pour over three-quarters of the glaze. Cover and cook on low heat for 3-4 hours, basting with juices each hour.
- Preheat the oven to 400°F. Brush ham with the remaining glaze. Transfer the ham to the oven and bake for 15 minutes, or until the glaze begins to brown.
-
Transfer ham to a platter, spoon over juices, and garnish with chopped parsley.
*Recipe Tip: Make cleanup easy by lining the inside of your slow cooker with heavy-duty aluminum foil.
