When planning out your holiday meal menu, ham is probably something that comes to mind. It’s one of those delicious main dishes that many of us look forward to every year. And with our Slow-Cooker Honey Mustard Ham recipe, we’ve added some delicious flavors to this holiday favorite. Plus, it’s cooked in the slow cooker, so you can have more space in the oven for things like casseroles and desserts!
- Make the glaze by whisking together brown sugar, honey, butter, whole grain mustard, Dijon mustard, vinegar and black pepper.
- Coat the inside of a slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray. Place ham in the slow cooker and pour over three-quarters of the glaze. Cover and cook on low heat for 3-4 hours, basting with juices each hour.
- Preheat the oven to 400°F. Brush ham with the remaining glaze. Transfer the ham to the oven and bake for 15 minutes, or until the glaze begins to brown.
Transfer ham to a platter, spoon over juices, and garnish with chopped parsley.
*Recipe Tip: Make cleanup easy by lining the inside of your slow cooker with heavy-duty aluminum foil.
