During the cooler winter months, a warm bowl of pasta is so comforting. And this mac and cheese dish is creamy, cheesy and made in the slow cooker, making it so simple to put together. Just mix your ingredients together, add them to your greased slow cooker and in a couple of hours, you have a delicious mac and cheese side dish ready to enjoy!
- Spray a 6-quart slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray. Add pasta, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, evaporated milk, sour cream, butter, garlic powder, mustard powder, onion powder, salt and pepper to the crockpot. Stir to combine.
- Cook on high, stirring every 30 minutes, for 1-2 hours, or until pasta is tender and sauce is thick and creamy.
- Garnish with scallions and serve.
