Select ingredients:


  1. Spray slow cooker with a nonstick spray.
  2. Add milk, maple syrup, and steel cut oatmeal. Set slow cooker on low and cook overnight for 7-8 hours.
  3. In the morning, stir oatmeal well and top with cinnamon, sliced peaches, blueberries, and almonds.
