- Over medium heat, heat olive oil in a large pot and brown turkey until no longer pink, about 10 minutes.
- Move turkey from the pot to the slow cooker and mix in the diced tomatoes, pumpkin, chili beans, black beans, pumpkin pie spice, brown sugar and chili powder.
- On low, cover and cook until pumpkin is softened, about 3 hours.
