- Mix marinade ingredients in a medium plastic or glass bowl.
- Put the beef ribs in a shallow, non-metal baking dish and drizzle the marinade over them. Be sure that the ribs are evenly glazed. Cover the dish with plastic wrap and store in the refrigerator for 2 to 6 hours.
- Preheat grill and arrange it for indirect grilling (this is when the fire is built to one side and the food cooks on the opposite side). Once the grill is hot, take the ribs out of the marinade and put them on grill to cook indirectly.
