Looking for a low-carb meal that's incredibly easy to make and packing huge flavor? This dish, featuring smoked salmon, bacon, cucumbers and avocado only takes only 10 minutes. Another bonus? It's very heart-healthy, thanks to the Omega-3 in salmon.

- Add the strip of bacon to a pan and cook over medium heat until crispy. Set aside on paper towels to cool after cooking.
- In a bowl, whisk mayo, lemon juice, salt, pepper, brown sugar and sesame seeds together until combined. Add the julienned/shredded cucumber and toss everything to coat. Set aside.
- Slice ¼ avocado into small pieces of avocado. Set aside.
- Lay smoked salmon flat on a plate. Place the julienned cucumber salad in the middle and roll the smoked salmon around it, until you have a long cigar/burrito shape with the cucumber salad on the inside. Lay the strip of bacon on top of the fish roll and top with several slices of avocado. Serve immediately.
