Ready to bowl your family over with delicious, bold, creative flavors? This quick-cooking, hearty dinner is a must-try, with its combination of New Orleans-inspired jambalaya and classic black bean burrito ingredients. Spicy, crunchy, cheesy and creamy — this bowl’s got it all. The best part? It comes together in just 20 minutes!

Select ingredients:

  1. Prepare the jambalaya rice mix according to the package directions.
  2. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the onion and cook for 3-4 minutes or until softened. Add the sausage and cook for 5-6 minutes or until lightly browned.
  3. Divide the rice between four bowls. Arrange the sausage and onions, black beans, corn, tomatoes, shredded cheese and avocado over the rice. Top with sour cream and garnish with cilantro. Serve immediately.

Recipe Tip: For a pop of flavor, substitute pico de gallo for the diced tomato."
