- Set grill to medium-low heat.
- Make 4 s'mores by sandwiching a piece of chocolate and a marshmallow between each pair of graham squares.
- Use foil to wrap each s'more.
- Grill for one minute and then flip using tongs. Grill for an additional minute.
- Allow to cool for one minute or until chocolate softens before serving.
