Select ingredients:


  1. Place pork in between plastic wrap and pound until thin. Season both sides with salt and pepper.
  2. Add milk and hot sauce to shallow bowl. Add flour to second bowl.
  3. Heat vegetable oil on medium heat until 350F.
  4. Dip pork chop in milk, then dredge in flour.
  5. Cook 2-4 minutes per side. When done place on paper towel.
  6. Place pork chop on bun. Add chili, onions, tomatoes, coleslaw and mustard.
