This ridiculously easy Southwest Baked Salmon recipe is both wholesome and packed with mouthwatering flavors. With ingredients you probably already have on-hand and a prep time of just 10-minutes, this delicious meal is perfect for busy weeknights.

- Preheat the oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
- Arrange the salmon filets on the baking sheet.
- Mix together the chili powder, paprika, cumin, garlic powder, oregano, 1/2 teaspoon salt and pepper in a small bowl. Season the tops of salmon filets with the mixture.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the salmon is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
- Meanwhile, mix together the tomato, black beans, corn, onion, cilantro, lime juice and remaining 1/4 teaspoon salt in a medium bowl. Serve over the baked salmon filets.
Recipe Tip: Use any leftover salmon for tacos! Simply flake, fill tortilla shells and add your favorite taco toppings.
