Flavorful, colorful ingredients like black beans, corn, tomato and red onion are tucked alongside juicy rotisserie chicken (one of the best timesavers) into a soft-but-sturdy tortilla and rolled up tight.

  1. Spread 1/4 cup of the hummus on each tortilla.
  2. Evenly divide the chicken, black beans, corn, onion, tomato, lettuce and cilantro and layer on the hummus.
  3. Roll tightly and slice each wrap in half.

Recipe Tip: You can substitute leftover ground taco meat, or for a vegetarian option, Monterey Jack cheese for the rotisserie chicken.
