- Mix the cream cheese, sour cream and salsa in a medium bowl. Add the chili powder, paprika, cumin, garlic powder, oregano, salt and pepper and combine. Mix in the shredded cheese.
- Add 1 cup of the corn and 1/2 cup of the black beans to the mixture and combine. Transfer to a serving bowl and top with the remaining corn and black beans.
- Cover and refrigerate until ready to use. Sprinkle with the chopped cilantro just before serving.
Substitution: For an easy and cost-effective substitution, use 1 tablespoon of taco seasoning for the spice mixture!
