This flavorful pasta salad is full of protein and veggies and healthy avocado, so you don't have to feel guilty about going back for seconds of this crowd-pleasing dish. Make it gluten free by substituting wheat-free pasta!

- Cook the pasta according to the directions on the package, drain, then set aside and allow to cool.
- In a bowl, combine the yogurt, vinegar, lime, garlic, salt, pepper, chili powder and cumin and whisk together to make the sauce.
- Transfer the cooled pasta to a large serving bowl and top with the black beans, corn, jalapeno, tomatoes, avocado, cilantro, cheese and the sauce. Toss gently until pasta is all coated. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
