- Juice lemons making sure to get out all the seeds.
- Add lemon juice, 6 ounces raspberries, and sugar to blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour through a fine strainer to get out the raspberry seeds. Pour raspberry lemon mixture into pitcher and add 2 1/2 cups sparkling water and stir well.
- To serve, add remaining raspberries and lemon slices to pitcher.
