- Add the lime juice and sugar to a 32-ounce pitcher filled with ice and stir to dissolve. Puree raspberries in a blender. For a smoother puree, strain through a fine mesh sieve directly over the pitcher, discarding any remaining pulp.
- Add the raspberry puree to the pitcher. Top with seltzer and stir. Serve in tall glasses and garnish with lime wedges and mint leaves.
Recipe Tip: Use lime seltzer in place of plain seltzer for a boost of flavor.
