Refreshing, delicious, and festive, what's not to love about this raspberry-lime delight? (Plus, it lets you use up some of those fresh summer raspberries!)
- In a medium saucepan over medium heat, add the sugar, water, and berries, and bring to a simmer. Cook for approximately 5 minutes.
- Strain the mixture to remove the seeds, then let the mixture cool.
- In your favorite pitcher, combine the raspberry mixture, the lemon-lime soda, and the lime juice. Mix thoroughly. Add ice. Toss in fresh raspberries. If desired, slice a lime as garnish.
- Serve in ice-filled glasses.
