Watermelon juice makes a delightful warm-weather mocktail. Add in a bit of fizz with soda water and some citrus and sugar for a great drink anytime of day.


Select ingredients:


  1. Add watermelon, lemon juice, honey and grapefruit juice to a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Strain into a glass until filled half way.
  4. Top with soda water and garnish with a lime wedge.
