Spiced Up Squash

A delicious way to enjoy your yellow squash, and the kids will love it too!

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Wash the squash thoroughly then parboil for 2-3 minutes. Let cool. Slice squash in half the long way and use a spoon to remove seeds. Set aside.
  2. Crush 4 ritz crackers to crumbs and mix with 2 tablespoons of bread crumbs.
  3. Sprinkle cheese into the squash. Sprinkle a thin layer of bread crumb mixture over cheese.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 7-10 minutes (until cheese is fully melted and browning).
  5. ENJOY!
