Started going through my favorite food items in my cabinet one day and wanted something fast and easy. Tried it and loved it. My family asks for these constantly. They are great for any meal. You only need 1 mixing bowl and a frying pan and less than 10 min you can have these yummy, moist on inside and crispy on outside that are very tasty and filling.Try them for breakfast with grits and eggs, lunch with green beans and mac and cheese, or for a late night snack before bed. Anytime with any sides. One Word, "DELICIOUS"


Select ingredients:


  1. Place all ingredients in a mixing bowl.
  2. Stir ingredients until well moistened.
  3. Scoop out mixture with an ice cream scoop into a sprayed frying pan. You should have about 14 patties.
  4. Cook on medium heat for 3-5 min per side until golden brown. Ready to serve.
