This Spicy Bacon Queso Dip is made with two kinds of cheese, bacon, jalapeños and chunky salsa. It’s a savory snack with a kick that your whole family will totally love. - Sauté the bacon in a large skillet set over medium heat until crispy. Transfer cooked bacon to a paper towel-lined plate and set aside. Discard all but 1 tablespoon of bacon grease from the pan. Add cumin, cayenne pepper, salsa and jalapeno peppers. Sauté for 2 minutes, stirring frequently.
- Add the Velveeta®, cream cheese and milk. Stir until melted.
- Sprinkle with reserved, cooked bacon and serve immediately with tortilla chips and fresh cut vegetables.
Recipe Tip: Leave out the cayenne pepper for a milder dip.
