Spicy Beet Bloody Marys

Try adding roasted beets to your next bloody Mary . It really takes this beverage up a notch and the veggies are a healthful bonus.

- Place the mashed beets and the tomato juice, the lemon juice, the pickle juice, the horseradish, the Worchestershire sauce, and the celery salt in a blender and beat together.
- Add salt to taste.
- Fill a tall glass with an ounce-and-a-half of vodka and ice. Repeat with two more glasses.
- Fill the remainder of each glass with the beet mixture and stir lightly.
- Top each drink with your choice of garnishes.
