- Preheat oven to 375.
- In a large bowl, combine chicken, vegetables, cream cheese, sour cream, hot sauce, blue cheese, and stir until well combined. Pour into a greased pie plate or casserole dish, and smooth into an even layer.
- Top with breadcrumbs and a drizzle of hot sauce.
- Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake for 10-15 minutes more, until breadcrumbs are browned and dish is bubbly.
- Serve immediately with celery sticks and crackers.
