Spice things up with this chipotle lime hummus that is quick and easy to blend and can be served with bread, chips, or an assortment of veggies.

- Place all ingredients except the cilantro in a food processor and puree. The consistency should be smooth. If ingredients aren’t blending properly, add 1 tablespoon of the reserved chickpea liquid one tablespoon at a time until everything is well combined.
- Empty the hummus into a serving bowl with a spatula and sprinkle additional minced chipotle peppers and cilantro on top. Serve with chips and fresh vegetables for the perfect party snack.
