Spice things up with this chipotle lime hummus that is quick and easy to blend and can be served with bread, chips, or an assortment of veggies.

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients except the cilantro in a food processor and puree. The consistency should be smooth. If ingredients aren’t blending properly, add 1 tablespoon of the reserved chickpea liquid one tablespoon at a time until everything is well combined.
  2. Empty the hummus into a serving bowl with a spatula and sprinkle additional minced chipotle peppers and cilantro on top. Serve with chips and fresh vegetables for the perfect party snack.
