  1. Crack and whip eggs in the soup bowl or coffee mug
  2. Stir in the Frank's Red Hot
  3. Place in Microwave and cook for 30-45 seconds
  4. Scramble the eggs, otherwise they may rise above the lip of the bowl or mug
  5. Microwave for another 30-45 seconds
  6. Stir the eggs again and Enjoy!
