Spinach and Artichoke Bagels

These spinach artichoke bagels not only make a great mid-day meal, but are a hit on game day, too. Extra bonus: They’re quick and easy to make and only require seven ingredients.

- In a bowl, combine the cream cheese, mozzarella, spinach, artichoke, chives and ground pepper. Stir gently until well combined.
- Arrange bagels on a baking sheet and spread the mixture evenly between the bagel slices. Place in an oven preheated to 350 degrees and bake for 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the bagels begin to crisp around the edges.
- Remove, allow to cool for a few minutes, then enjoy warm.
