This cost-conscious party snack combines classic spinach and artichoke dip with scrumptious pull-apart bread in a deliciously affordable way. The best part? It helps you stick to your budget with its short list of ingredients, many of which are likely already in your fridge and pantry!

Select ingredients:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Place the spinach in a clean kitchen towel and squeeze out any excess moisture. Mix the spinach, artichokes, mayonnaise, Parmesan, garlic and salt together in a large bowl until combined.
  2. Slice the top of the loaf longways, then crossways, being careful not to cut the loaf all the way through.
  3. Spread the spinach mixture between each bread slice. Top with the mozzarella.
  4. Transfer to a rimmed baking sheet. Bake until the cheese is melted, and the bread is lightly toasted, about 15-20 minutes. Garnish with the parsley. Serve warm and enjoy.

Recipe Tip: Add 1/2 cup of chopped pepperoni to the spinach mixture to create a Spinach and Artichoke Pepperoni Pizza Pull Apart Bread!
