This cost-conscious party snack combines classic spinach and artichoke dip with scrumptious pull-apart bread in a deliciously affordable way. The best part? It helps you stick to your budget with its short list of ingredients, many of which are likely already in your fridge and pantry!
- Preheat the oven to 350°F. Place the spinach in a clean kitchen towel and squeeze out any excess moisture. Mix the spinach, artichokes, mayonnaise, Parmesan, garlic and salt together in a large bowl until combined.
- Slice the top of the loaf longways, then crossways, being careful not to cut the loaf all the way through.
- Spread the spinach mixture between each bread slice. Top with the mozzarella.
- Transfer to a rimmed baking sheet. Bake until the cheese is melted, and the bread is lightly toasted, about 15-20 minutes. Garnish with the parsley. Serve warm and enjoy.
Recipe Tip: Add 1/2 cup of chopped pepperoni to the spinach mixture to create a Spinach and Artichoke Pepperoni Pizza Pull Apart Bread!
