Spinach and Feta Cheese Quiche

This delicious quiche makes a perfect dish for a Sunday brunch or any time you want to serve an elegant meal that doesn’t require much fuss. It makes the house smell heavenly as well.



  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Thaw spinach, then press out as much water as possible. Combine the eggs and cream and beat until creamy. Add all other ingredients, reserving ½ cup of feta for topping. Fill 7-9 inch ramekins with about ¾ cup of the filling or fill a 9” pie pan.
  2. Sprinkle with remaining feta cheese. Bake for 45 minutes or until a knife inserted into the middle comes out clean. Let cool for 5-10 minutes and serve.
