This delicious quiche makes a perfect dish for a Sunday brunch or any time you want to serve an elegant meal that doesn’t require much fuss. It makes the house smell heavenly as well.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Thaw spinach, then press out as much water as possible. Combine the eggs and cream and beat until creamy. Add all other ingredients, reserving ½ cup of feta for topping. Fill 7-9 inch ramekins with about ¾ cup of the filling or fill a 9” pie pan.
- Sprinkle with remaining feta cheese. Bake for 45 minutes or until a knife inserted into the middle comes out clean. Let cool for 5-10 minutes and serve.
