Spinach Artichoke Casserole

A crunchy, creamy casserole that is great for potlucks

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Saute the diced onion in the butter over medium heat until soft.
  2. Mix the spinach, sautéed onion, artichoke, and sour cream together.
  3. Put half of the spinach mixture into a buttered casserole dish.
  4. Top with half of the parmesan cheese.
  5. Layer with the rest of the spinach mixture.
  6. Top with the remaining parmesan cheese.
  7. Top with fried onions.
  8. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 - 30 minutes.
