Spinach crab cakes

Crab cakes studded with spinach.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients together and season to taste with salt and pepper. Form mixture into evenly sized cakes and let sit in the fridge to set for 1 hour.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium high heat and working in batches cook the crab cakes until brown. Serve immediately.
