Crab cakes studded with spinach.

Directions
- Mix all ingredients together and season to taste with salt and pepper. Form mixture into evenly sized cakes and let sit in the fridge to set for 1 hour.
- Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium high heat and working in batches cook the crab cakes until brown. Serve immediately.
