A healthy and tasty addition to any meal, this salad is practically a meal in itself. Use any dressing you like – poppyseed dressing or raspberry vinaigrette is recommended!
Melt the butter over low heat and add walnuts
- Sprinkle lightly with garlic powder, chili powder, and brown sugar.
Stir over low heat for 1 minute. Toss the seasoned walnuts with the spinach, bleu cheese, and raspberries. Add dressing and serve.
