Quick salad that I made up. I am trying to eat healthier and make better eating habits. I love salad when I can add fruit to the vegetables-the best of both worlds.

  1. I pickled the tomatoes,jalapenos, Quartered onions in mason jar with Apple cider vinegar. Stick holes in jalapenos & tomatoes and Chill for a day/4hours. Preferably 24hours. Assemble Spring Mix on your plate, then tomatoes, Swiss cheese(slice into small length wise slices)cheddar crumbles, half white seedless grapes. Slice Turkey on top. Drizzle FL Honey Balsamic Dressing. Put Jalapeno on side (optional) Drizzle Tbsp or 2 of Olive oil.
