Hosting an Easter party or dinner? Add to the festivities with this gelatin Easter peeps treat recipe that is sure to please guests of all ages!


Select ingredients:


  1. Place the contents of the Watermelon Jell-O packet in a bowl.
  2. Add the boiling water. Stir until dissolved. Add the ice-cold water.
  3. Carefully add the liquid Jell-O to each of your serving glasses (fill them 3/4 full). Place them in the refrigerator for an hour or until set.
  4. Place the Cool Whip in a medium sized bowl along with 1 to 3 drops of red food coloring. Add them one drop at a time, stirring, until you reach the desired shade of pink.
  5. Once the Jell-O is set, pipe the pink Cool Whip generously into each glass.
  6. Add some Easter sprinkles!
  7. Set a Peep on top.
  8. Repeat with all the glasses.
  9. Refrigerate until serving.
