St. Patty's Day Cream de Menthe Cake

- Whip 1 pint of heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks Add 1/2 cup powdered sugar Add 6 tablespoons Green Cream de Menthe Completely blen
- Divide whip cream mixture into thirds
- Line a large bowl with 1/2 inch thick strips of angel food cake Spread 1/3 of whip cream mixture on top Drizzle small amount of chocolate syrup over
- Add another layer of angle food cake Spread another third of whip cream on top Drizzle chocolate syrup on top
- Finish with last layer of angel food cake/ whip cream and chocolate syrup Refrigerate for one hour
- Make icing: 6 Tablespoons soft butter 3 cups powdered sugar Mix until smooth Add 4 Tablespoons of Green Cream de Menthe Blend
- Untold cake on a cake plat Ice with butter cream icing
- Refrigerate until Itime to serve
