St.Paddy's Day Cream deMenthe Cake



  1. Whip 1 pint of heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks Add 1/2 cup powdered sugar Add 6 tablespoons Green Cream de Menthe Completely blen
  2. Divide whip cream mixture into thirds
  3. Line a large bowl with 1/2 inch thick strips of angel food cake Spread 1/3 of whip cream mixture on top Drizzle small amount of chocolate syrup over
  4. Add another layer of angle food cake Spread another third of whip cream on top Drizzle chocolate syrup on top
  5. Finish with last layer of angel food cake/ whip cream and chocolate syrup Refrigerate for one hour
  6. Make icing: 6 Tablespoons soft butter 3 cups powdered sugar Mix until smooth Add 4 Tablespoons of Green Cream de Menthe Blend
  7. Untold cake on a cake plat Ice with butter cream icing
  8. Refrigerate until Itime to serve
