Knorr Stewed Chicken

This creamy chicken dinner loaded with veggies comes together in just one pan for easy cleanup and cooking to save you time!



  1. Spread 1 tablespoon of the Knorr® Tomato Bouillon with Chicken flavor evenly over the chicken. In a large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat and cook chicken until it is browned on all sides and cooked through, about 4 minutes. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
  2. In the skillet, cook the remaining 1 tablespoon of the bouillon, zucchini, red pepper, onion and carrots for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add in the garlic to cook and stir for about 30 seconds. Stir in the tomatoes and add the chicken back in the skillet. Bring the mixture to a boil over medium-high heat.
  3. Bring the heat down to medium-low and cover the skillet to simmer for 30 minutes or so, until the chicken is cooked.
